LDA City Lahore has successfully conducted the computerized balloting of its plot files on November 30, 2019. This balloting ceremony was held at the site office of LDA City Ferozpur Road at 2 PM. The plot files of 5 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 2 Kanal were the part of this ballot and are allotted with plot numbers.

It was the most-awaited balloting ceremony of the plot files as the investors of LDA City Lahore was waiting for it from a long time of period.

All the members of LDA City administration and many well-reputable real estate developers were present on this occasion.

Provisional Education Minister Dr. Usman, who was invited as the Chief Guest also brief on the progress of this project. While congratulating the file holders of LDA City, he also clear that there is a total of 9712 plots files allotted with plot numbers.  

He also appreciates the work and efforts of the authority and clears that soon these plots will be handover with possession.

LDA City Lahore Balloting – Complete Details 

Some important details of balloting are:

It was a well-arranged balloting ceremony where the Vice-Chairman S M. Imran and DG LDA Muhammad Usman at the ceremony were also present at the site

While speaking on the occasion, Director General of LDA Mr. Muhammad Usman disclosed that the total number of plot files allotted with plot numbers is 9712.

These files include 81 plots of 2 Kanal, 1830 plots of 1 Kanal, 3752 plot files of 10 Marla, and 4049 plots of 5 Marla.

Further, the administration of LDA City also shares its future development plans of LDA City.  This society will be a beautiful place with a large, Main Park covering an area of 330 Kanal. Moreover, 16 Kanals of the land is reserved for the construction of the main mosque in LDA City.

Indeed, this society is also developing with a large cricket stadium, a sports complex, as well as graveyard.
