Bahria Orchard, a project by Bahria Town, is one of the top-class and finest housing society projects in Lahore. In today’s video, M. Ishaq Hashmi will share a new deal in Bahria Orchard’s new and low cost block extension by the name of D 2. 

This block is an extension of D Block of Bahria Orchard Lahore and is in the prime location due to its two entrances. It can be accessed through the main Raiwind Road and is next to C Block and it can also be accessed through Jati Umra Road. 

This deal offers two categories of plots including 5 and 8 marla plots in D2. You pay 50% of the total purchase amount and pay the remaining within 2 months time. Balloting number will be allocated and possession will be granted within 6 months after which you can construct your own home. Development of D2 is almost complete.  

For a 5 marla plot, you require to pay Rs 18,500 lakhs initially and then the same amount within 2 months. For a 8 marla plot, you require to pay Rs 26,000 lakhs initially and then the same amount within 2 months for complete possession. There is no transfer fees or any dues applied.
