Titanium Group heartily congratulations to the file holders of DHA Multan, as after a long time of wait, finally, their plot files are successfully balloted. The computerized balloting plots files of DHA Multan Phase 1 are successfully done in a beautiful ceremony held in “The Arena”. The ceremony began at 5 PM to 6 PM. It was broadcast live on Facebook. According to an estimate, around 34,000 to 37,000 plot files are successful in the ballot. The complete results of the balloting are available in the Official Website of DHA Multan.
The society has also released the official master plan for Phase 1. At the same time, DHA Multan has also released the location maps of all sectors with complete details. DHA Multan has acquired a large area of land for the development of society. But still, there are some areas in different sectors that are not yet acquired.
The map is also showing the plots with plot numbers, reserved areas, graveyard details, as well as complete details of roads, etc. Let’s analyze the map details:
DHA Multan Map Analysis
DHA Multan has released its official master plan for Phase 1. There is a total of 27 sectors shown on the map. These sectors are named in alphabetic orders. The names of these sectors are:
A, B1, B2, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, W1, W2, & Sector X.
The map is showing the 2 main entrances of society. One is from Matital Road. The second entrance is from Bosan Road. The very first sectors from the entrance of Matital Road are Sector U and Sector V. The nearest sectors to Bosan Road entrance is Sector C.
Sectors inside the Ring Road
The sectors located in the middle of the society are beautifully surrounded by Ring Road. Total 8 sectors are located inside the Ring Road area. These attractive sectors are H, I, K, M, N. Q. R & U.
We have called these sectors actors as the development work in the sectors inside Ring Road is already started. Sector M, Q, and Sector R are currently the hot-favorite sectors to make an investment. These are under-develop sectors. It does not mean that development is not going to any other area. Work on road infrastructure in the society is around 98% completed. The development is also in process in many other sectors. Sector U and V are also best to invest now!
